Haruka Tachikawa (立川 はるか) is a character that appears in season 2 of Angel Tales. She is the daughter of the former apartment manager. Her father gave her the job to be the new apartment manager.

Haruka first appears in episode 2 of season 2 of Angel Tales. She comes over to Gorō Mutsumi's apartment and sees all the twelve angels living there. The girls are in a panic, but decide to make a story up of why they were living there with Gorō.
